I was invited by the University of Arkansas to serve as a design consultant for the redesign of the university’s main art education classroom. The goal of this project is to create a flexible, multi-use learning environment that supports preservice art teacher training, seminars, classes, and other academic activities.
Working collaboratively with faculty and administration, I have been conducting research through surveys, interviews, and co-design sessions to identify spatial needs, teaching styles, and user priorities. The project emphasizes adaptability, inclusivity, and creative engagement within a contemporary educational context.
This is an ongoing project, and I am currently developing a comprehensive design proposal and summary of research findings to guide the next phase of implementation.
